ReplyDelete"Report: Vikes to convene on V-Jax decision
ReplyDeleteVikings officials were expected to convene late Sunday night or Monday to decide whether to "make a serious play" for Vincent Jackson.
The Chargers wanted to wait until after Sunday's action, but they're reportedly ready to move on from Jackson. Vikes owner Zygi Wilf has "final authority" over the potential trade. It should increase the possibility of a deal, as Wilf has stated that he's "all in" for a Super Bowl run in Brett Favre's (alleged) final season. The Vikings are said to be considering a one-year offer of $4-6 million for V-Jax." Sep. 20 - 4:27 am et
